Hi, we got a new member in our family: Carina Maria ! She was born at 9:00 on 11.04.2013, we were a little bit worried and stressed during the first days but now everything is fine! Just look at her picture, she's a sweet angel!

So, I've started my own site! I did this because I wanted to improve my skills on web developing, plus I wanted to share some of my files to family and friends. I decided to use python (which I find very easy to develope ) ... so I went the django way for web developing. I thought for some time if I shoud use ruby on rails, but since ruby is very perl like and I don't feel at home with perl, I finally went with django. It was a good decision for me, and the documentation on the django is great, so I'm really happy about it. After doing all the tutorials on django site I've said to myself: wow, it's really easy and django is really great! But then I found mezzanine,which is CMS built on django, and then I was really blown away! Mezaine is really great, it has a blog app, a custum admin app (a fork of Grappeli), a gallery app and lots of other stuff.... to my shame it did all the heavy work for me, all I have to do is to fillup the site and do some scripts to update the database ('cause I have a lot of files). Let see now how it will grow!
